Corporate AI Training & Upskilling

Team programs for AI Literacy, AI Automation, and AI Engineering—aligned to how work actually changes.

Vector Skill Academy partners with organizations that want structured AI upskilling—not one-off demos. Programs are designed in three levels so L&D and engineering leaders can match depth to role: literacy for broad adoption, automation for workflow builders, and engineering for teams that ship AI systems.

Delivery can be scoped for cohorts via live mentor-led sessions. Singapore teams can use the MBFC registered office for counselling (virtual preferred before visit) with primarily live online/hybrid formats; India teams can use Indore and Bhopal centers. Fees, duration, and cohort size are confirmed on enquiry.

Three training levels

AI Literacy

Help professionals understand Generative AI capabilities, limits, and safe workplace use—so adoption is informed rather than hype-driven.

  • Shared vocabulary for LLMs, prompts, and risk (hallucinations, data handling)
  • Practical prompting patterns for everyday productivity
  • Clarity on when to escalate to automation or engineering teams
  • Responsible-use guidelines tailored in workshop discussion

AI Automation

Enable builders to connect AI into workflows—retrieval, light agents, and tool-assisted automation—without claiming full platform engineering yet.

  • Workflow automation patterns with LLMs and tools
  • Introduction to RAG-style grounding for internal knowledge
  • Agentic building blocks for multi-step tasks
  • Evaluation habits so automations are checked, not blindly trusted

AI Engineering

Train technical teams to build, deploy, and operate AI applications—APIs, RAG, agents, containers, cloud, and monitoring.

  • Production-minded AI application design
  • RAG and agent systems with evaluation loops
  • Deployment awareness (containers, cloud, CI/CD basics)
  • Operate habits: logging, monitoring, and iteration

Industry use cases

Industry examples describe common use-case patterns for training design. They are not claims of named clients, case studies, or guaranteed outcomes.

Finance

  • Policy and research Q&A assistants with retrieval grounding
  • Internal productivity copilots with clear data-handling rules
  • Automation of routine reporting drafts with human review gates

FinTech

  • Support knowledge assistants for product and compliance docs
  • Agent-assisted ops workflows with audit-friendly logging
  • Engineering upskilling for AI features inside existing platforms

Retail

  • Catalog and policy assistants for store and HQ teams
  • Content and merchandising draft workflows with review
  • Automation experiments for customer-support deflection (human in the loop)

Logistics

  • SOP and exception-handling assistants for operations staff
  • Document and shipment-knowledge retrieval pilots
  • Workflow automation for status communication drafts

Healthcare

  • Staff-facing knowledge assistants for approved internal materials only
  • Admin productivity use cases with strict privacy constraints
  • Literacy programs emphasizing safe use and escalation paths

Technology

  • AI Engineering for product teams shipping LLM features
  • RAG over engineering docs and runbooks
  • DevOps pairing for deploying and monitoring AI services
